Below are our most frequently asked questions that we receive.
Read them through and you will get answers quickly.

Is there anything special to think about before we come?Before your stay with us, we recommend that you book a table in our restaurant in advance, book yourself into the SPA and also the Strike Club activity facility that is located at the hotel.

What applies to cancellation?If you have not booked a special offer with special conditions that appear in your confirmation, cancellation and rebooking must be done no later than 18.00 the day before arrival so that no cost will be charged.

Do you have luggage room?Of course, we have a luggage room, where you can leave your bag free of charge before/after your stay.

What about our four-legged friends? Are they welcome?We have hotel rooms where we welcome pets for those of you who want to bring your dog or cat. These rooms are available in limited numbers and must be booked in advance. Extra cost is SEK 250/night. Pets are warmly welcome to spend their time in the room or in our lobby, but not allowed in our restaurants, bars and spa & relax.

Do you have multi-bed rooms?Some of our room categories can take extra beds. Contact us for dates and availability of multi-bed rooms. We also have a new room category called "Twin Superior Room" which has two double beds.

What applies to check-in & check-out?You get access to your room from 16.00 and check-out takes place at 11.00 at the latest, unless otherwise stated.

Can you check in/out earlier or later?We offer late check-out subject to availability at an additional cost, contact us.

Is it possible to order bubbles for the room on arrival?Yes, you can! At Hotell Södra Berget there is always something to celebrate. Good day at work, anniversary or birthday? We help you with that little extra that adds a golden edge to your experience. Here you will find and can add chocolate, flowers, bubbles or other goodies waiting in the room. Under Hotel > Service you will find our room service menu. You book options at the same time you make your reservation or you contact us at reception@sodraberget.com, our stars at the reception will help you!

Do you take cash?No. On May 4, 2020, Hotell Södra Berget became cashless.

I forgot something. How do I?Have you forgotten something during your stay with us? Visit www.sodraberget.se/kvarglomda-saker and fill in the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is there free parking?We have a large free parking lot for our hotel guests right outside the hotel. We offer engine heaters at a cost of SEK 50/day and we have two places where you can charge your electric car for SEK 300/slot time. (4 hours.) We also offer a garage space (subject to space) for SEK 300/night.

Is it always SPA included?No. Entrance to Vida Spa is included in all our Spa packages. If you have booked accommodation only, you can purchase spa admission. Please contact our Spa department if you are unsure about what you have booked. Vida Spa has an age limit Tuesday-Sunday, 13 years. On Mondays, we welcome children aged 4-12, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Everyone over the age of 13 pays the adult price.

Is there Wi-Fi? Is it free?Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel, it is included for you as a guest and is free to use.

Can skis be picked up at your place?No, you can't. We also do not allow you to do it yourself at the hotel. Also applies inside the rooms.
